The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

The GUAM WIC PROGRAM is a special supplemental nutrition and education program for women, infants, and children (up to 5 years old). It is a Health Promotion Program, not a welfare program. It teaches you and your family to be aware of your nutritional needs and to practice good eating habits. The Guam WIC Program helps you to be healthy during times of rapid growth. It promotes and supports breastfeeding, helps you prevent medical problems, and helps lower your health costs.

Individual nutrition counseling and group nutrition education plus supplemental foods targeted to minimize common nutrient deficiencies in pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants and children up to age 5.



Types of Services Offered: Nutrition education, breastfeeding promotion and support, variety of nutritious foods, and referrals to health and other social services.
