The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

Reach for College (Hagu'i Kuleho) Program
The primary purpose of the Guam Community College Reach for College Hagu'i Kuleho 
Program is to provide information and services to increase access to postsecondary 
education for underserved student populations. The Reach for College Hagu'i Kuleho 
Program is designed to help students and their families learn about, prepare for, and 
finance postsecondary education.

Mission
To significantly increase the number of underrepresented students who are prepared to 
enter and succeed in postsecondary education

RFC Program Eligibility Criteria

First Generation Student - Neither parent holds a bachelor’s degree or beyond;

Low-Income - According to the U.S. Department of Education guidelines OR if a 
student is part of the free/reduced lunch program;

Documented disability 

A student with a Disability - Documentation required;

At-Risk - Student experiencing one or more of the following factors in their life: Singleparent home (including a household where a parent is deployed), non-traditional home 
environment (e.g. living with grandparents, uncle/aunt in the household), at or below 
the poverty line, poor performance at school, emotionally or physically abused, few 
support systems, neglect or abandonment, and sometimes negative contact with police 
agencies.
