The Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (GCASAFV) provides education, outreach, and training regarding sexual assault and family violence through working with community organizations and strengthening services to address and prevent these issues. The Guam Community Resource Directory serves as GCASAFV’s listing of faith-based organizations, non-profit service providers, and other government and private agencies in our island community. Here you can find a brief description of the agency and contact information for those agencies that make up a network of services for a better Guam.

The Pacific Region's Community Resource Directory is not just a phonebook of social services that are available to our Pacific Region communities. The Catholic Church has received many titles from the Mother of God, Mary of Nazareth, according to the various apparitions and inspirations were she communicated them to men and women throughout the historic life of the Church. [1]Our Church's name,  Nuestra Señora de la Paz y Buen Viaje,Our Lady of Peace and Safe Journey, is a title for Mary; this special title acknowledges Mary’s intercessory role in relation to her son Jesus Christ, especially concerning those instances of our lives which require the special assistance of Our Lord. The name of Safe Journey denotes the special intercessions for travelers, pilgrims, and others making various treks; this name was added by Bishop Appolinaris Baumgartner, and is also linked to Our Lady of Peace & Good Voyage of Antipolo, Patroness of the Philippines.   Marian devotion is deep-rooted in the island of Guam and our parish community is no exception to this marvelous convention.
